Make sure you click the "Apply" or "OK" button in the bottom right corner of the software window. Some versions of the driver require the software to be running in the system tray for macros to function.

💡 Always back up your macro profiles within the software so you don't lose your custom layouts if you ever need to reinstall Windows! You can also turn the lights off entirely
If the software says "Device Not Found," try moving the USB plug to a different port (preferably a USB 2.0 port on the back of the motherboard). Ensure you are using the C-18 specific driver and not a generic Zelotes driver.
