Extreme compression (like KGB Archiver) can take hours to decompress 10MB back into 5GB, putting massive strain on your CPU.
Instead of searching for a 10MB version, look for a or a "Kaikiz Repack." These are generally around 1.5GB to 2.5GB. They are safe, verified by the community, and include all the essential files needed for a smooth gaming experience.
It runs perfectly on modern budget laptops and older PCs without needing a dedicated graphics card.
The 10MB file is just a small client that downloads the actual 5GB game from another server.
To be blunt, a 10MB file cannot contain the full PES 2013 experience. The high-quality commentary, stadium textures, player faces, and soundtracks alone take up gigabytes of space.
MonoGame is, and will always remain, free to use. There is no subscription model, royalty payments, licensing costs, or runtime fees associated with using MonoGame.
